Rapper 50 Cent To Buy Out Ja Rule

In The Club Rapper, 50 Cent is closing in on buying Ja Rule’s masters and publishing rights to all his top charting songs made in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Pricing information has not yet been released, but a close source says that FIFTY is looking to spend just over 7 figures, with Def Jam owning a lot of Ja Rule’s top hits like ‘Always Be On Time’, ‘Im Real’, ‘It’s Murda’ and more, FIFTY has confirmed saying ‘It ain’t over till one of us is gone” and is now dealing directly with the company.

What does this mean for Ja Rule?

Well, every time Ja Rule’s classic records get a stream or a sale, FIFTY will now get paid! Crazy, right? The man who ended your career now profits off you and your career. I guess FIFTY wasn’t playing when he said #GetTheStrap
